Nera
Founder & CEO
AI agents can write software quickly. The harder question is whether they are building what a team actually meant. At Nera, that is the problem we are working on.
The work and contributionCareer
My work spans entrepreneurship, enterprise software, AI product strategy and public service. The constant is turning technical possibility into something people can use.

I co-founded and led Element AI, then led AI strategy and product management at ServiceNow. Before that, I worked on optimization at Planora and led product and innovation at JDA.
Today, I’m building Nera: a way for software teams to keep human intent present as AI takes on more of the work.
Alongside building companies, I have contributed to AI policy in Europe and Canada, mentored founders, and written about talent, governance and human agency.

A little more personal
Beyond software, my interests have included drumming, cycling, hockey and Olympic weightlifting. I’m also a father, a mentor and—as my old bio admitted—a terrible cook.
That curiosity carries into the work: ask better questions, learn from the people around you, and keep building.
