Making AI adoption practical in engineering.
Through Corporation JFKR, I advised CIMA+ on AI and digital transformation, connecting a firm-wide strategy to the work of its engineering teams.
The work
The mandate covered the opportunities AI creates for an engineering services business, the capabilities needed to pursue them, and how to move from isolated experiments to a coordinated portfolio of initiatives.
My work included AI strategy, the evaluation of opportunities across operating sectors, and the adoption of generative AI tools. The focus was on useful applications and the organizational foundations needed to support them.
