My independent advisory work connects AI capabilities to product decisions, enterprise adoption and organizational change.
The work
Through JFKR, I have worked with organizations evaluating what AI means for their products, operations and competitive position. The CIMA+ engagement is one example of that work.
The questions are often straightforward to ask and difficult to answer well: which problems matter, what can the technology actually do, and what needs to change for an organization to benefit?
