Product & strategy / June 2024–March 2025
At Pendulum, I worked on product and strategy for AI in supply-chain planning: forecasting demand, responding to uncertainty and helping organizations make better operational decisions.

The work brought together product direction, the commercial story and the practical needs of planning teams. A useful forecast is only part of the problem; people also need to understand what changed, weigh the trade-offs and decide what to do next.
My focus was on connecting the technical possibilities of AI with that larger decision process, drawing on earlier work in optimization and enterprise software.
