Connecting a global product portfolio to its next generation.
At JDA, I led product strategy across more than 40 product lines, then founded and led JDA Labs, the company’s innovation organization headquartered in Montréal.
The work
As Chief Product Officer, my responsibilities included product strategy, the roadmap and release priorities across a broad portfolio of supply-chain, retail and workforce software. That work required balancing near-term customer needs with the longer-term direction of the business.
As Chief Innovation Officer and head of JDA Labs, I brought together data and decision science, user experience and product innovation. The lab connected research and experimentation to the products and operational problems the company understood best.
